Telemedicine (or telehealth) lets you consult with a licensed clinician via secure video or phone. To book: visit our Telehealth page, choose a clinician/time slot, and complete the online intake form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link.
We accept major commercial insurers and Medicare/Medicaid plans — please check our Insurance & Billing page for a current provider list. For insured visits, we bill your insurer; you may have co-pays or deductibles. For out-of-network or self-pay, we provide a clear cost estimate before care.
Use our online scheduler or call our appointments line. To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day appointments are available subject to clinician availability.
Yes — providers can issue prescriptions or refills when clinically appropriate. We send e-prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy. Controlled substances follow strict regulations and may require an in-person visit.
We coordinate common lab tests and imaging. After your test, results are posted to your secure patient portal or discussed during a follow-up visit. Turnaround times vary by test (usually 1–7 days).
Your privacy is critical. We follow HIPAA-compliant practices: encrypted patient portal, limited access to records, and secure communications. You can request copies of your records via the portal or by contacting Medical Records.
For life-threatening emergencies (chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing) call emergency services or go to the nearest ER. For non-life-threatening urgent issues after hours, use our telehealth urgent line or visit a local urgent care center.
Fees depend on service type and insurance coverage. Co-pays and deductibles apply when using insurance. For self-pay visits, full payment is collected at booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee — see our Billing & Refunds page for details.
